1. Check the oil inlet system to see if the oil tank level is normal and if the oil is clean. Check if the oil suction filter and inlet pipeline are blocked or if air is sucked in, clean or replace the filter element, and ensure that the pipeline is sealed.
2. Check the adjustment of the overflow valve or test the overflow valve of the system, and observe whether the pressure can rise. If the spring fails or the valve core is clogged with dirt, the relief valve needs to be cleaned, repaired, or replaced.
3. Test the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump and measure the flow rate change of the hydraulic pump when the working pressure increases. If the flow rate decreases significantly with increasing pressure and does not reach the rated value, it indicates that the pump has been severely worn and needs to be disassembled, ground, repaired, or replaced with a new pump.
