To determine whether the hydraulic motor is compatible, it can be verified one by one from the following core dimensions:
1. Core parameter matching
Displacement: Confirm that the volume of oil discharged by the motor per revolution matches the flow rate of the system pump, ensuring that the speed and torque meet the requirements of the operating conditions.
Pressure level: The rated working pressure and peak pressure of the motor should be greater than the actual working pressure of the system to avoid long-term overpressure operation and damage to components.
Flow adaptation: The system output flow matches the motor displacement to ensure that the actual speed is within the allowed speed range of the motor, without overheating or overspeed problems.
Torque output: The theoretical output torque of the motor should be greater than the actual load demand, with a margin of 15% to 20% reserved to avoid pressure exceeding the limit during heavy load.
2. Install interface compatibility
Check the outer diameter of the installation flange, the diameter of the stopper, and the distance between the installation holes to ensure complete fit with the equipment installation position.
Confirm that the shaft extension diameter, flat key/spline parameters are consistent with the load end interface to avoid transmission failure.
Check that the specifications of the oil port, the position of the oil drain port, and the diameter of the pipeline are completely matched with the original hydraulic pipeline, and no additional modifications are required.
3. Medium and working condition adaptation
Confirm that the material of the motor seal is compatible with the hydraulic oil used in the system, and that there will be no corrosion, aging, or leakage within the working oil temperature range.
Motor structure type suitable for working conditions: radial piston motor is selected for heavy-duty low-speed scenarios, and axial piston/gear motor is selected for high-speed light load scenarios.
Special working conditions require corresponding qualifications: mining scenes need to have explosion-proof certification, and ship scenes need to meet the salt spray anti-corrosion requirements of CCS classification society.
4. System feature matching
The volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency of the motor are matched with the overall system design to avoid problems such as excessive internal leakage and abnormal oil temperature rise.
Verify the low-speed stability of the motor under low-speed conditions, without crawling or shaking, and meet the accuracy requirements of equipment operation.
Confirm that the back pressure bearing capacity of the motor matches the system's return oil back pressure to prevent damage to the shaft seal.
