How to remove the coupling of a hydraulic pump
1. Remove the lid
Check if the power is turned off and if all pressure has been released.

Check if there are covers or protective devices around the coupling.

Use appropriate tools, such as screwdrivers or wrenches, to remove these covers.

Place the lid and screws in a safe place to avoid loss.
2. Loosen the bolt or fix the screw
After finding the connector, you can start dismantling the old coupling. Most hydraulic pump couplings are fixed using bolts or set screws. The operation method is as follows:

Check the coupling for corrosion or debris. If necessary, please clean it.

Find all bolts or set screws on the flexible pump coupling.

Use a wrench of appropriate size to loosen each bolt. Apply stable pressure.

If you feel the bolt is stuck, spray a little penetrating oil and wait for a few minutes.

For stubborn bolts, additional levers can be used, but do not apply too much force
