Types of piston pump:
Piston pump is divided into axial piston pump and radial piston pump two representative structural forms. The axial piston pump usually produces relatively high pressure, but with pulsation and low flow. The radial piston pump is the piston or piston reciprocating direction of motion perpendicular to the driving shaft of the piston pump, such as the use of eccentric wheel to drive, it is relatively small pressure, the flow of more, and more stable.
Working principle of piston pump:
The piston pump is a reciprocating pump, belongs to the volume pump, the piston by the eccentric rotation of the pump shaft drive, reciprocating movement, the suction and discharge valves are one-way valves. When the piston is pulled, the pressure in the working room is reduced and the outlet valve is closed. When the pressure is lower than the inlet pressure, the inlet valve is opened and the liquid enters. When the piston is pushed, the pressure in the studio rises and the inlet valve closes. When the pressure is higher than the outlet pressure, the outlet valve opens and the liquid is discharged.
The axial piston pump with slipper structure is the most widely used axial piston pump, the piston is placed in the cylinder body through the slipper and swash plate contact, when the drive shaft drives the cylinder body rotation, swash plate will pull the piston from the cylinder body or push back, complete the suction and discharge process. The oil in the working chamber composed of the piston and cylinder hole is communicated with the suction and discharge chamber of the pump through the oil distribution pan. Variable mechanism is used to change the inclination Angle of swash plate, by adjusting the inclination Angle of swash plate can change the pump displacement.
