The function of electric hydraulic pump and the selection of hydraulic oil tank

Electric hydraulic pump is a hydraulic component that provides pressurized liquid to hydraulic transmission,hydraulic pump and is a type of pump. The function of an electric hydraulic pump is to convert the mechanical energy of a power machine (such as internal combustion engines and electric motors) into liquid pressure energy. There are three types of pumps commonly used in electric hydraulic pump systems: gear pumps, plunger pumps and vane pumps.

Gear pump: small in size, simple in structure, less strict for oil cleanliness,hydraulic pump and cheaper; but the pump shaft suffers from unbalanced force, severe wear and large leakage. Vane pump: divided into double-acting vane pump and single-acting vane pump. This kind of pump has uniform flow, stable operation, low noise,hydraulic pump higher working pressure and volumetric efficiency than gear pumps, and more complicated structure than gear pumps.

Selection of hydraulic oil tank: The important role of hydraulic oil tank in hydraulic system is to separate,hydraulic pump store oil, heat the air contained in the oil and eliminate foam. When choosing to use a fuel tank, first consider its capacity. Generally, mobile equipment takes 2 to 3 times the maximum flow rate of the pump,hydraulic pump and fixed equipment takes 3 to 4 times; secondly, consider the oil level of the fuel tank. When all the hydraulic cylinders of the system are extended,hydraulic pump the oil level of the fuel tank is not allowed Below the low oil level, the oil level shall not be higher than the high oil level after the cylinder is retracted.

After considering the structure of the fuel tank,hydraulic pump the partition in the traditional fuel tank can not play the role of depositing dirt,hydraulic pump and a vertical partition should be installed along the longitudinal axis of the fuel tank. There is a space between one end of this partition and the end plate of the oil tank so that the spaces on both sides of the partition are connected. The oil inlet and outlet of the hydraulic pump are arranged on both sides of the partition at the unconnected end,hydraulic pump so that the distance between the oil inlet and the oil return is long. The fuel tank plays more role in heat dissipation.
