1, Speed related faults
- Abnormal speed (too high/too low/unstable)
Low rotational speed is often caused by insufficient fuel supply, internal leakage, and load overload; Excessive rotational speed often leads to sudden load reduction and failure of speed control components; Unstable rotational speed is related to changes in oil viscosity, mixing of air into the system, and uneven flow distribution.
- The motor cannot start
Common causes include hydraulic pump failure to supply oil, insufficient system pressure, motor internal jamming, excessive leakage, or load exceeding the rated range.
2, Power output malfunction
- Insufficient torque, weak load capacity
The core reasons are insufficient oil supply pressure in the system, increased internal friction resistance, abnormal operation of the distribution mechanism, and possibly oil contamination or blockage of the inlet filter element leading to poor oil suction.
3, Vibration and abnormal noise faults
It is often caused by poor installation, rotor imbalance, system air pockets, bearing/gear wear, hydraulic shock or load fluctuations, and different causes correspond to different characteristics of noise and vibration performance.
4, Leakage fault
Divided into external leakage and internal leakage: External leakage is mostly caused by aging and damaged seals, cracked shells, and loose external connections; Internal leakage is caused by excessive internal clearance and seal failure, which directly reduces the volumetric efficiency of the motor.
