Common difficult problems of tapping machine with hydraulic motor under pressure

After a cycle of using the tapping machine under pressure,hydraulic motor try to carry out effective inspection and maintenance on the mechanical equipment. The prefabricated components are still in good condition,hydraulic motor and they can be repaired after reasonable analysis and disassembly of the prefabricated components. Compared with the purchase, the maintenance of mechanical equipment has certain economic benefits.

The following is a brief introduction to the common difficult problems of the oil motor of the pressure tapping machine: the sealing rubber ring is damaged and the rubber ring is broken. The reason should be analyzed. If it is because the rubber ring is cut during the assembly line,hydraulic motor the shoulder of the rotary vane pump should be quickly cleaned and greased. Then put it into airtightness. The rubber ring is subjected to permanent force deformation and thermal deformation during the entire process of use,hydraulic motor and the rubber ring should be disassembled when the rubber ring is subjected to force deformation. Thermal deformation should eliminate the direct cause of overheating of the sealing rubber ring.

The upper and lower cover paper pads are cracked or the screws are not tightened. The upper and lower cover paper pads are damaged. Check whether the oil valve is damaged due to excessive friction. After removing this cause,hydraulic motor replace the paper pad to completely solve the problem of oil leakage. Note: The oil return pipeline road should not be too thin or long,hydraulic motor and there should be no dead bends. Generally, the oil valve friction should not exceed 0.5CPa. Analysis of the current situation of the FP175 controller: The outer diameter of the return pipeline road should be about ∮25mm,hydraulic motor and the length should not exceed one meter. In addition, pay attention to whether the return oil filter is blocked. To eliminate the oil leakage caused by the loose screw, check whether the paper pad is damaged before tightening the screw,hydraulic motor otherwise it is easy to cause maintenance. Due to the high friction of the system oil valve, the oil leaked,hydraulic motor and even the lower cover of the FP175 controller was cracked and the oil leaked.
