The A2F series is an inclined axis axial quantitative piston pump/motor, with the following core parameters:

1, Core pressure parameters
The rated working pressure is 35MPa, and the maximum peak pressure can reach 40MPa. The maximum allowable pressure at the shell drain port is 0.2MPa, and the minimum absolute pressure at the suction port needs to be maintained at 0.08MPa or above. It is recommended to control the closed-loop oil replenishment pressure between 0.2 and 0.6MPa.

2, Displacement and speed parameters
The displacement covers 15 specifications ranging from 9.4 to 500ml/r, with different displacements corresponding to different maximum speeds: the small displacement 9.4ml/r model can reach a maximum speed of 5000r/min, the large displacement 500ml/r model can reach a maximum speed of 1200r/min, and the rated speed under normal operating conditions is mostly 1500r/min.

3, Media and environmental parameters
The viscosity range of the suitable medium is 10-1000mm ²/s, and the allowable working oil temperature range is -25 ℃~80 ℃. It is recommended to use No. 40 low pour point hydraulic oil, and the filtration accuracy is recommended to be controlled at 10 μ m, which can effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
