A8V and A8VO are variable double plunger pumps designed specifically for open circuits, with the following core parameters:

1, Core parameters of A8V series
Displacement range: covering 28-160 cm ³/r, adopting a curved axis dual axis conical plunger rotating group design, sharing one oil suction port.
Pressure parameters: nominal pressure of 350 bar, peak short-term pressure can reach 400 bar, suitable for medium and high pressure heavy load conditions.
Control characteristics: The flow rate is proportional to the driving speed and displacement, and can be infinitely adjusted between maximum flow rate and zero flow rate. It supports multiple control modes such as total power control and independent power control.
2, Core parameters of A8VO series
Displacement range: Mainstream specifications include 55, 80, 107, 120, 140, 160, 200, 225, etc., suitable for large construction machinery such as excavators and rotary drilling rigs.
Pressure parameters: The nominal pressure of conventional models is 350 bar, the peak pressure is 400 bar, and some large displacement models have a rated pressure of 19 MPa, suitable for hydraulic systems of excavators and other equipment.
Structural features: It can be directly installed on the flywheel housing of a diesel engine, using series tapered roller bearings with long service life. It supports an external auxiliary pump for the power output port, comes with an integrated auxiliary pump and relief valve, and can adjust the control device externally during operation.

Structural design differences
The A8VO adopts an inclined axis dual axis conical plunger rotating component, which can be directly installed on the flywheel housing of diesel engines, sharing a common oil suction port. It is equipped with an auxiliary pump with a pressure relief valve and also supports the optional installation of an additional pressure reducing valve. The power output device can be connected to an external axial plunger pump or gear pump, with better power/weight ratio performance.
A8V is an early curved shaft dual pump structure without built-in auxiliary pump, requiring an external oil replenishment system. Its compactness and integration are lower than A8VO.

Control and adaptation differences
A8VO supports independent power controllers, with richer control programs that can achieve various electrical adjustment functions such as positive control. It is suitable for open circuit static hydraulic transmission scenarios of mobile construction machinery such as excavators and rotary drilling rigs.
A8V is mainly based on basic total power control, with a relatively single control mode, and is mostly used in early fixed industrial hydraulic station scenarios.
